 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Umbria region has always been an area of excellence for the production of olive oil. The company's agricultural production takes place in the heart of the Orvietani Hills, within the Sant'Angelo farm, a production area with a registered designation of origin "Umbria".

In order to obtain a high quality oil, it is important to process the process starting from the olive harvest, from the transport and pressing times. The olive harvesting process in Podere Sant'Angelo starts already between the end of October and the first part of November, thus allowing the production of an oil with a high content of Oleocanthal, a substance with known analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

The olives are usually pressed a short distance from the harvest: once washed, the olives are crushed in the latest generation of hammer frangitoi, ensuring a high level of safety in the treatment of the product.

The extra virgin olive oil produced is used in the composition of the nourishing cream Sinaqua (Nourishing Skin Balm) for its properties: it is a strongly emollient oil, which deeply nourishes the skin and regulates its natural hydration system. It also has a soothing effect on redness and irritation and is used to strengthen the thinner and less elastic skin areas.

Aloe barbadensis Mill

Aloe Vera (Aloe barbadensis Mill) is a plant of the Aloaceae family that grows in the warmest and driest areas of the earth. It belongs to the succulent plant category and from its leaves a gel with multiple purifying, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties is extracted. For this reason it is effectively used in the composition nourishing cream Sinaqua (Nourishing Skin Balm) where it acts by hydrating the fragile or damaged skin and forming a protective layer, thus accelerating the natural regenerative and healing processes.

The desire to provide patients with a safe and guaranteed quality product, combined with an innate love for the earth and its vital mechanisms led to the decision to start experimentally the cultivation of Aloe barbadensis Mill in the Umbria region. The experimental field foresees the cultivation of the greenhouse plant in the Montecchio area, in the heart of the Orvietani Hills.

The cultivation of aloe has been started this year and the first crop is expected for next September.
